November brings two wonderful opportunities for us to build a stronger sense of community.

First, on November 13th, it鈥檚 World Kindness Day. This day is all about celebrating the power of small acts of kindness. And here鈥檚 a little challenge for each of you: try to do one random act of kindness for someone. It could be a kind word, a helping hand, or even just making someone feel seen. These small actions really add up and help everyone feel like they belong.

The following week鈥攆rom November 18th to the 22nd鈥攊s Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week. This is an important time across Ontario to think about the impact of bullying and to work on building safer, more respectful communities.
